- Only entries sent in by October 1, 2019 will appear in the catalog
- Early entry deadline is October 1, 2019
- NO entries will be accepted after October 16, 2019
- Substitutions for bitches in season ONLY. Substitutions accepted until noon on October 18, 2019
- NO refunds after noon on October 16, 2019
Please follow the instructions on the forms. In order to complete your entry you need to fill out these two forms. Please make sure to fill out BOTH forms and complete the payment instructions at the end of the second form. If you would like to mail a check, please contact Kim Carandang at firstname.lastname@example.org for address information. Checks can be made out to “Midwest Whippet Racing Association”.
